Do I need any extra tools?
The main craft tools are in each kit. Painting also needs a water cup and paper towel. Each product page lists the exact contents.
Are these kits suitable for children?
No. They are designed for adults and include sharp needles, small parts or paints.
How long will a project take?
From about 2-4 hours for the Turtle Crochet Kit to 185-280 hours for the Winter House Sampler Cross Stitch Kit. Times count hands-on making, and you can stop and start whenever you like.
What if I run out of a color?
Send your kit name, color number and order reference through the contact form. We'll help identify what you need and discuss a replacement.
What does delivery cost?
Each product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time for your country. Delivery is $6.95 to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union and $14.95 elsewhere, and free from $49. Import charges are paid by the recipient. See delivery and returns.
Can I return an unopened kit?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is complete and unused. Start with the return form. Return shipping is yours unless the kit is faulty or incorrect.
What if something arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and send us your order reference and a description of the damage. We help with replacement parts or the next step before asking you to send anything back.
